We need a PA (or NP) that specifically has experience managing post-op cardiothoracic surgery patients in the ICU and telemetry floor. They also need operative experience in assisting the surgeon as well as radial artery and endoscopic vein harvesting skills. hemopro system for harvesting.
Has clinician done any CABG w EV harvesting or valve replacements recently? One example: Clinician last completed in 2014 then moved to congenital heart surgeries and transplants, which wasn't recent enough.
Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse with Acute Care Certification or first assistant certification
They would need to have their RNFA if NP specialized certification in CVOR. CVOR First Assistant.

• EVH Harvesting
• ICU Management
• Stepdown Management
• Office Visits
• Database Entry (i.e. STS)
• Open Radial Artery Harvest
• Endoscopic Radial Artery
• Willing to Train - ICU Procedures (Chest tube insertions, Central lines, etc.)
• PEDS experience not required.
