Field RN Responsibilities:

-Conducting admission assessments and biannual reassessments for patients.
-Establishing and providing a plan of care for the patient based on results of the nursing assessment visit, client needs, and physician orders.
-Providing education to patient/family and paraprofessional staff.
-Conducting as-needed visits to patients who require additional support.
-Communicating changes in patient’s condition, treatment, and meds directly to the agency.

RN PCA Trainer Responsibilities:

-Conduct ACD test outs or PCA training classes (6 consecutive business days with a 7th day for orientation in recruiting office. All materials are provided and approved by the NYDOH.)
-Ensure every applicant has proper IDs and ascertain that the picture matches the respective individual prior to signing them in
-Verify and complete HR paperwork and I-9s
-Orient and train new recruits on company policy & procedure based on the script provided
-Demonstrate required skills and ensure that all attendees are well-versed

Must be tech savvy - must be able to use a computer, copy/paste, email, update PDFs, PowerPoint, and more

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; ADN or BSN

1 year of proven home care experience - must be on resume

Valid NY RN license

Minimum of 2 years experience as a RN

Must have a vehicle to travel to patients
