Unit Name/Type: Surgery - Operating Room Number of Beds/Cases 7 operating rooms Number of births per month: 30 Age groups of patients served: Pediatric, Adolescent, Adults and Geriatrics Top Diagnosis/Procedures: Ortho joint replacements (hip, knee, shoulder), spine, cesarean section, hysterectomy, general exploratory lap, cholecystectomy

Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, OR Certifications: BLS(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 2 References in entire work history License in hand
1 year experience
ST-OR; CST

Preferred Qualifications
Computerized charting: Meditech
