Home Care Occupational Therapist

Description

The Occupational Therapist plans and provides skilled occupational therapy services to the clients in their home in accordance with the Plan of Care and the Company’s policies and procedures. Performs functions which require substantial specialized knowledge, judgement and skill based upon the principles of psychological, biological and social services and must be able to make judgements accordingly. The Occupational Therapist reports directly to the Clinical Supervisor.

• Maple Grove, MN and Surrounding cities

SCHEDULE
• Full time, Monday - Friday & Flexible schedule
• This position reports to our Buffalo Office

Requirements

*Currently licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Minnesota.
*Graduate of AOTA approved school of occupational therapy and currently certified by the AOTA to practice occupational therapy.
