-Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
-Licensed (or licensure eligible) to practice as a Registered Nurse by the State of Idaho
-Required to provide documentation of completion of RNFA course.
-Three years perioperative RN experience required.
-CNOR certification required.
-Must meet requirements to obtain allied health privileges through medical staff credentialing.
