Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: 1) Open Heart Surgery CABG 2) Repair of Thoracic Aneurysms 3) Vascular Surgeries 4) PCI 5) TAVR 6) Mitraclips 7) TMVR 8) TCAR 9) AVR 10) MVR - N to P: 1:2 Use of Ancillary staff: Y Does supplemental staff float: Y (PACU, Stepdown, Tele) Cerner Navy Blue Scrubs What's the length of time of orientation? one week, hospital and floor 14 beds, Adults, Tech help, Ratios 1:2, Teaching Heart Hospital Any special procedure done on the unit? 1) CRRT 2) Spinal Drain 3) Impella 4) IABP 5) TTM 6)Bronch, Trach, PEG 6) Line insertions, 7) Thoracentesis 8) Chest tube insertions 9) Bedside Angio -- Requires PA Lines, Takes Fresh hearts, ICP, CRRT/CVVHD, vents

Required Qualifications
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Need ICP exp. - will screen if no ICP

AZ license in hand
