Responsibilities:
• Provides direct nursing care to elderly residents, addressing their personal needs.
• Assesses residents' conditions by taking and recording vital signs.
• Assists with personal hygiene care and ensures a clean, safe living environment for residents.
• Helps residents with mobility, including lifting, repositioning, transporting, and walking.
• Assists with feeding residents who need help and follows individualized care plans as directed by the supervisor.
• Keeps detailed records of care provided and promptly reports any changes in the residents' physical or mental health to the healthcare team.
• Performs additional tasks as required to support resident care
