StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12 E Pay Rate: $2251.60 - $2481.35

Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, ER
Licenses: RN-NY(Copy needed)
Certifications: ACLS-AHA(Copy Needed); BLS-AHA(Copy Needed); PALS-AHA(Copy Needed); CERT-TNCC(Copy Needed); CERT-NIH Stroke Scale(Copy Needed)
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months

ER SCL and Reference within a year
# of beds, Trauma Level/Facility Type, and EMR listed for each facility noted in the work history
