We’re looking for RNs that can thrive in Home Health/Hospice settings. Our nurses may be required to work in a charge positions depending on facility requirements.
Job duties may include:
- Under the supervision of the Regional Director and in accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations supervise the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) staff in the delivery of direct care
- Managing and analyzing patient care following admission/readmission; conducting initial assessment for newly admitted or readmitted patients
- Assisting in creating and implementing care plans that address individual residents' needs
- Administering medications, IV therapy, gastronomy tube management, wound care, and other relevant responsibilities
- Monitoring residents and communicating changes to physicians
- Ensuring appropriate documentation of resident care and maintaining medical records to ensure safe, efficient, and therapeutic care to residents
- Troubleshooting and investigating complaints, taking necessary action to resolve problems as necessary
- Holds a current RN license in good standing
- One year of experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid/AED certified
- BLS (AHA) required
