Registered Nurse – Case Management- Case Manager - Travel - (CM RN)
StartDate: 12/9/2024 Available Shifts: 12 D/E/N Pay Rate: $1924.82 - $2121.23

Required Qualifications
Certs: BSN, 2 years experience, Must have Acute, Inpatient Management Discharge Planning and Utilization Review experience. Must have Epic experience, Prefers ICU and Medical Surgical experience, Weekends- Could work weekend shift, but would then flex off a day during week, Holidays - rotation, No call Misc. Information: Case load- average 15 per day, EMR- EPIC; All Scripts is their secondary referral software, Case managers daily assignments consist of discharge planning and UR (obtaining IP approvals from insurance companies; Business casual attire, Floor orientation- 5 days
