ABOUT THE FACILITY
Fully accredited by the Joint Commission, who awarded the facility the Gold Seal of Approval designation, this hospital provides high quality medical services to Calaveras County. The hospital has grown steadily since it opened its doors in 1951. Today, it is a 25-bed critical access facility that provides acute and emergency care, among other primary and specialty care services.

FACILITY LOCATION
Located along Highway 49, this small town was established during the California Gold Rush. Because of its historical significance, San Andreas is listed as a California Historical Landmark and offers a peek into what life was like in the 1850s, with a few buildings still intact and a museum dedicated to the town's rich past.
