Responsibilities:
-Deliver direct nursing care to patients in the Behavioral Health unit.
-Administer medications and perform essential duties such as changing
dressings, cleaning wounds, and monitoring vital signs.
-Utilize computerized documentation systems to accurately record and
communicate patient conditions.
-Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure
comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
-Handle discharge planning to facilitate patient transitions effectively.
