Registered Nurse, OR
Licenses: RN-MI
Certifications: BLS(Copy Needed)
SSN Required

Must have level 2 trauma center experience.

Preferred Qualifications
level 1 trauma experience preferred.
Ortho, Neuro, vascular, Peds experience preferred.
