Job Title: Registered Nurse (Private Duty) Trach/Vent

BrightStar Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team for a private duty assignment in Henderson, Nevada.
We are looking for a skilled RN who is proficient with trach, vents, straight catheters, and assisting with ADLS in order to provide exceptional care to our clients. If you are a highly motivated and experienced RN with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we would love to hear from you!
Job Details:
Position: Registered Nurse (Private Duty)
Dates Needed: 2/15-3/12
Shift: 0700-1500 Wednesday-Saturday
Location: Henderson, NV
Hourly Wage: $45.00-$50.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to the client, including trach, vent, and infusion care.
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
Monitor and assess the client's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Ensure the safety and well-being of the client at all times.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided.

Salary: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 36 per week
Must currently live in Las Vegas, Henderson, or Boulder City
Must be able to start immediately with current and valid credentials and licensing.
Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nevada
Minimum of 3 years of recent experience as an RN
Must be proficient with trach, vents, straight catheters, and willing and able to assist client with ADLS
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Negative 2-Step TB test within the past year
Current BLS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
