Supervisor of Clinical Services

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

Responsible for creating and implementing nursing policies to foster a positive and organized work environment.

Managing medication schedule and ensuring communication with medical team to avoid medication errors

Encouraging all staff to adhere to the highest standard in patient care and contacting regular staff review

Managing patient and employee records with a focus on following HIPAA regulation and quality standard

Possess a Connecticut Registered nurse certification
Min of 2 years of experience in home health care
Must have USA work authorization, green card or be a US citizen
