Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse on the TCT unit, you will care for patients undergoing blood and marrow transplants, those with hematologic and oncologic disorders, and patients experiencing oncological emergencies. Common diagnoses include acute leukemia, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, and multiple myeloma. You will be responsible for a maximum of 4 patients in this acute care setting.
Position Details
Location: Austin, TX
Schedule: Full-time, Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Shifts: 3/12 - 6:45 pm to 7:00 am
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $31.06 - $39.50 - $47.40 based on experience
Differentials: $4.00 nights, $2.00 weekend, $3.00 specialty pay

- 1 year of acute nursing experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Oncology experience in an acute care, cancer center, or medical center
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred
- Current State of Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact Registered Nursing License (Texas license must be obtained within 90 days of hire)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within the first year of hire
- Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate Provider card within the first 6 months of hire
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) and/or Blood & Marrow Transplant
- Certified Nurse (BMTCN) certification preferred
