1. How long is the contract assignment? 13 weeks 2. Schedule of assignment hours? M – F, 8am – 5pm? MONDAY THRU FRIDAY 8-5 AND ON CALL EVERY 3RD WEEKEND 3. Will this candidate be visiting patients in care facilities or only in patient’s homes? YES 4. Will you want to hire the contractor at the end of the contract or is this truly a contract assignment? How many miles per week will the consultant travel? 30/40 a day? Weekly? 400-500 PER WEEK 10. What are the weekly units of productivity expectations? 25/30? 32 POINTS PER WEEK 11. What EMR systems will the consultant be using: HomeCare HomeBase, Oasis, Outlook 12. Will there be any on call? If so, how much? EVERY 3RD WEEKEND 13.
