Phillips Academy
The Rebecca M. Sykes Wellness Center at Phillips Academy has a Full time Clinical Flow Nurse opening. This is a staff RN with the additional responsibility of promptly and accurately making assessments and triages students during busy times to the appropriate level of care based on acuity. Their time is spent both remaining focused and organized on student acuity during busy times and managing the flow of patient care throughout the Wellness Center, as well as seeing students in the outpatient nursing capacity.
The Schedule is below:
Week 1: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm
Week 2: Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5pm, Saturday 7am – 3:30pm
Week 3: Sunday 7am – 3:30pm, Tuesday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm
Week 4: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm
The scheduled is for the academic year plus summer session (approx. 5 weeks)

Requirements:
~ Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred
~ At least 5 years of clinical experience
~ Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse in MA in good standing
~ Hold current CPR/AED certification
~ Five to seven years of experience in Adolescent Medicine, Urgent Care/ER, Ambulatory Care or School health strongly preferred
~ Maintains professional continuing education required for registered nurse licensure in Massachusetts
