Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve mobility and function.
Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques.
Monitor and document patient progress.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Clinic Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Manage and mentor clinic staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and company policies.
Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach to promote clinic growth.
Maintain equipment and inventory to support clinic functionality.
Resolve patient concerns promptly and professionally.


Experience:

Orthopedics
Geriatrics
Experience in clinic or home community care settings
Pediatrics experience is a plus
