Sunrise Village of Milaca, an Assisted Living Facility is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead the marketing and community outreach efforts at our community. The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance the facility’s brand, increase occupancy, and build lasting relationships within the local community. This role is key in ensuring our facility remains the top choice for seniors and their families seeking high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Marketing Plans: Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive inquiries, tours, and occupancy growth.
Community Engagement: Build relationships with local businesses, healthcare providers, and community organizations to promote Sunrise Village of Milaca.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms including digital, print, and social media.
Lead Generation: Develop strategies to increase lead generation and convert inquiries into move-ins.
Event Planning: Organize and host events, seminars, and open houses to showcase the facility and its services to the community.
Content Creation: Collaborate on the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, and online content to highlight facility offerings.
Market Analysis: Conduct competitive market analysis and adjust marketing strategies based on industry trends.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Director and Resident Care Coordinator to align marketing efforts with the facility’s objectives.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or senior living.
Proven success in increasing occupancy rates and lead generation.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships with community leaders and stakeholders.
Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media and online advertising.
Experience with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools is a plus.
