Surgical Technologist - Pediatric Operating Room - Travel - (Surg Tech - OR - Peds - Pedi)
StartDate: 10/21/2024 Available Shifts: 8/10/12 D/E/N Pay Rate: $2147.13 - $2366.23
Before submitting, ensure the candidate's licensing and certifications are currently active. Our assignments are 13 weeks. If your candidate's credentialing will expire during that span of time, please redirect them until renewals have been completed. All candidates, in every role is required to have proven, specialized experience in working with CHILDREN to include gestation, infancy, childhood, adolescence up to age 18. Example: A candidate with 12 years of nursing expertise, having 11 on hand in adults and 1 child focused year should be redirected.
Required Qualifications
3 years' expertise, possessing a valid Virginia state license BLS certification.
Prior pediatric and scrub exposure is a must

This children’s hospital takes pride in its comprehensive pediatric services and is the facility of choice for families in southeastern Virginia and northeastern North Carolina. Experienced staff provides quality, ongoing care for chronic illness, as well as patient surgery, and primary care. Founded in 1961 by a charitable women’s group, this not-for-profit teaching hospital is licensed for 106 beds and is houses the state’s only dedicated pediatric emergency center.
