Must be a Texas Licensed CRNA, MD or DO
Duties:
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures, pain management treatments, or other medical interventions
- Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed during procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement anesthesia plans
- Ensure the safe and effective delivery of anesthesia by following established protocols and guidelines
- Perform pre-operative assessments and provide education to patients regarding anesthesia options and potential risks
- Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, patient responses, and any adverse events
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in anesthesia techniques, medications, and equipment

Requirements:
- Valid certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Strong knowledge of sterile processing techniques and infection control practices
- Proficiency in pain management strategies and interventions
- Experience with medical coding, particularly ICD-10 coding system
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Athenahealth or eClinicalWorks
- Previous experience working in an ICU or critical care setting is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
