We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our established outpatient primary care office. Candidates must have an active and unencumbered LPN license in Nebraska and a passion for providing high-quality patient care. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is diligent, organized, reliable, and aspires to become a leader in the practice.
Employment Type:
• Full-Time
• 40 hours of in-office work per week
Compensation:
• LPN Candidates $23-$26 per hour

Work Environment:
Our clinic is committed to creating a supportive and efficient work environment. Clinical support staff play a critical role in insulating providers, allowing them to concentrate on patient care. We employ technology to enhance patient communication without adding to the providers’ workload, ensuring a balance between quality care and provider satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Perform and record vital signs
• Complete and document relevant health assessments
• Manage checking patients in and out for routine outpatient infusions
• Properly handle lab specimens for processing
• Take detailed health and medication histories from patients
• Coordinate addressing patient questions and concerns with providers
• Provide patient education on health conditions and treatment plans within their scope of practice
• Maintain a clean and organized medical supplies inventory, and ensure that all medical equipment is properly maintained and functioning

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) in Nebraska is required.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is required.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and technology-driven communication tools is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in primary care preferred but will accept applications from new graduates.
