We are looking for a qualified RN Clinical Nursing Supervisor for our Medicare Certified Home Health Care Company. ACHC Accreditation preferred. 2 years Medicare experience required with 1 of those years in a Supervisory role in Home Health. This position will provide and oversee patient care as well as manage the nursing team under the Medicare portion of our company. Our ideal candidate has solid experience as a registered nurse and is able to handle stressful situations. This position requires team management skills and a problem-solving attitude. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure smooth nursing operations at our agency through day-to-day management and long term planning.
Responsibilities
Ensure nursing operational standards are met to Medicare Standards
Ensure all nurses follow policies and procedures
Train new team members
Evaluate nurses’ performance
Keep records of nurses’ files, patients’ cases and procedures
2 years Medicare experience required
Nursing supervisor for a minimum of 1 year required
Team management skills
Great communication and people skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Current Arizona RN license required
Arizona State Fingerprint Card (or can obtain)
BLS
TB Test
