Annual base salary starts at $223K, increases based on experience and proficiencies
On-call rates:
$250/night
Weekend day $1200
Cardiac $250/night, $500/day
Overtime/call back rate: $175/hr
Also open to 1099 candidates
Relocation assistance
Student loan reimbursement ($80K over 4 years)
Signing bonus up to $20K (negotiable)
Key Responsibilities
● Manage daily operations, direct CRNA assignments
● Promote open communication and a collaborative and supportive work environment with surgeons and staff
● Provide direction, guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality and efficient patient care
● Promote excellent customer service with patients and staff
● Participate in physician and advanced practice provider interviews
● Opportunities for overtime if desired
● Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
● Variety of cases (Otolaryngology, Gastroenterology, General surgery, Gynecological surgery, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic surgery, Pain management, Podiatry, Urology)

Schedule and Shift Details

required:
Bachelor's degree or higher
CRNA (2+ years)
ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Board Certified
Valid Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in the state of Ohio (OH)
