Responsibilities:
-Oversee technical and compliance measures across all MRI operations
to ensure adherence to industry standards and protocols.
-Manage employee schedules to align staffing with patient volume
needs, ensuring optimal service delivery.
-Participate in the hiring process to select and onboard new staff
members effectively.
-Supervise technical procedures and patient interactions, maintaining
high standards of care and operational flow.
-Perform duties as an MRI Technologist and act as a hands-on leader
within the departmental team.
-Coach and provide guidance to staff, fostering a collaborative and
supportive working environment.
-Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule, assisting patient
needs on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to noon.

Requirements:
-Minimum of three years of experience in MRI technology.
-Two years of experience as a lead tech or supervisor is required.
-Must possess an Associate's degree or higher in a related field.
-Strong commitment to patient safety and team collaboration.
-Security clearance is not required, and the role is not open to visa
candidates.
-No travel is required for this position.
