Hiring Alert: Remote Triage Nurses!
We’re looking for experienced and compassionate Telehealth Triage or ER Nurses to join our 24/7 Nurse Advice Line team. If you have a strong clinical background, especially in emergency or urgent care, we want you!
There is no time off during the first 90 days. Training is mandatory and will be conducted with the camera on for 4 weeks from 8 AM to 4:30 PM CST, and 2 weeks of precepting after which you will transition to your assigned shift.
Compensation is $35/hr | Differential - Evening $1/hr (4p -12a) Night $2/hr (12a -6a) | Day Weekend $2/hr Evening Weekend $3/hr (4p -12a) Night Weekend $4/hr (12a-6a).
Key Qualifications:
• BSN or ADN (w/microbiology course/lab) required
• Active Compact License issued by state reside in and must be in good standing
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience as RN
• Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities:
• Triage calls and provide care advice
• Document all interactions electronically
• Engage with patients via phone, text, and chat

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Active Compact License issued by the state of residence and in good standing with the Board of Registered Nurses.
• Minimum of 3 years’ clinical nursing experience as an RN, with significant experience in emergency care or urgent care settings.
• Willingness to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work day shift hours for training for 6 weeks (12/2/24-1/10/2025) then transition to full-time schedules.
