Position Details:
• Role: CRNA (Registered Nurse Anesthetist)
• Location: Weirton, WV 26062
• Shift: Days (5*8, 4*10, 3*12)(36 hrs & 40hrs/wk)
• Duration: 13-week contract (possible extension)
• Start Date: 01/20 or ASAP

Compensation:
• Hourly Rate: $160/hour (Weekly Gross: $6400 for 40hours)
• OT Rate: $240/hour (OT applies after 40 hours/week)
• Taxable Rate (W2): $5154/hour (40 hours/week)
• Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1246/week (for lodging, meals, and incidentals)

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as CRNA is required.
• NBCRNA Certification, WV State RN License, WV State APRN License, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP.
• COVID vaccination card & DL Copy
