Registered Nurse – Post-Anesthesia Care Unit - PACU - Travel - (PACU RN)
StartDate: 9/30/2024 Available Shifts: 10 D Pay Rate: $3060.76 - $3373.08

We are looking for a motivated, professional experienced PACU nurse looking to join the best hospital in the world!! Over 7,700 staff and more than 1,100 quality doctors provide care at our medical facility which has 414 licensed beds and a 78 bed Emergency Department. Additional Unit Information: Total # of beds in the unit: 17 Average # of cases: 60-70 a day. Age Groups: Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics. Unit Patient population: ortho, urology, plastics, gyn, pediatric opthalmalogy, general surgery, vascular surgery, head and neck surgery, neuro surgery, pain clinic. Certifications/Skills required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, tele. Special medications on the unit: Usual PACU meds. Special procedures: Cardioversion. Procedures that could cause ethical issues: none. Depending on census will float if necessary. Scrubs provided. Additional Unit Information:
Required Qualifications
2 years PACU recent exp
ACLS, BLS, PALS
Must pass EKG test upon arrival to continue assignment
Able to float to Pre- op, post-op and recovery as needed
IR Experience
Preferred Qualifications
Primary patient care are adults.
PALS - Must have prior to starting due to small of PEDS patients
