PennReach

PennReach is a not for profit organization who works with adults with special needs to live and work in the community. We have services throughout NJ to assist individuals to access the housing and services needed for them to be independent in their everyday lives. Having good medical care is a crucial component of keeping individuals in their own homes-not relegated to nursing homes or institutional care. Our nursing positions allow for individualization of care in a home environment, whether care is provided in their own or shared apartment or a medical group home. Our nursing schedules are permanent or per diem based on the needs of the individuals and nurse employee.
