Join Our Dynamic Rehab Team as an LPN!

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a fast-paced rehab facility. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong clinical skills, a passion for patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians.
Take and record vital signs accurately.
Read and interpret medical charts to assist in patient care planning.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist with wound care, catheter care, and other medical procedures.
Work closely with the nursing team and offer support where needed.
Travel between multiple rehab facilities as required.
Maintain a strong work ethic and professional demeanor while handling challenging situations.

Active LPN license in the state of Ohio.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare setting (rehab or long-term care preferred).
Strong ability to take initiative and work independently.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between facilities.
Ability to handle difficult situations with confidence and professionalism.
Passionate about patient care and rehabilitation.
