Responsibilities:
-Conduct patient histories and thorough physical examinations
-Evaluate patients' clinical status and administer appropriate screenings
-Formulate and implement comprehensive care plans based on clinical
findings
-Prescribe treatment and medications adhering to care standards
-Educate patients on wellness and illness prevention
-Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and
professional development
-Supervise and mentor Advanced Practice Clinicians and support staff
-Manage electronic medical records with accuracy and timeliness
-Address complaints and work toward positive resolution
-Contribute to clinical protocol development and updates
